Instead of wallowing in sorrow over this realization, the powers that be at the LEYE noodle chain are cashing in on it: they’ve bottled their spicy peanut, sweet and sour plum, mustard sesame and soy vinegar sauces and are selling them for home cooks to bring into their kitchens, reports the Sun-Times.
