The makers of Monster energy drink are suing Rock Art Brewery for its Vermonster beer, reports WBZ. The makers of Monster claim that Vermonster could confuse customers about which beverage is which. Right! People confuse energy drinks and craft beers all the time. Besides, if someone is going to sue about Vermonster beer, shouldn’t it be Ben & Jerry’s, which has used the name Vermonster for its 20 scoop mega sundae for years?
