Wrap Shack Unwrapping Its Liquor License

Long-running Rittenhouse lunch spot The Wrap Shack has taken the plunge and gone orange - PLCB liquor license orange, of course. Now in possession of a coveted liquor license, the Shack has changed its name to Wrap Shack Kitchen & Bar, reconfigured its ordering bar as a booze bar and added three televisions, just in time for the World Series. They’ll be serving dollar drafts during the Phillies-Yanks games (expect to see Blue Moon, Yuengling Lager, Coors Light and Sam Adams Octoberfest on tap) and have also come up with three new $10 sandwich-and-suds specials.

Your $10 gets you either a New York strip wrap or a tilapia fish taco wrap, both of which are served with a pint of draft beer. There’s also a chocolate peanut butter crepe with marshmallow and vanilla ice cream that is served with a boozy milkshake made with vodka, crème de cacao, and Bailey’s Irish Cream.
