Not to worry, the fried cauliflower has not gone anywhere, but there are over ten new dishes, including a “Tunisian tuna” sandwich, a vegan-friendly latke and, for the offal-adventurous, grilled duck hearts. We were invited in to photograph the lot of them for your viewing pleasure and photograph them we did.
