All you have to do is whip up a local and seasonal dish based on three mystery ingredients unveiled this Sunday. If Izard likes your chops, you’re in. Because the judging is virtual and based on a photo of your final plate, you don’t really even have to be a good cook. All you need is a creative mental palate and mad food styling and photography skills.
