A new category now appears on the menu at The Publican. Filed under “Kitchen” you’ll find just one thing: for $10, you treat the kitchen staff to a six-pack of beer. The restaurant’s spinning it as something that makes it “easy for guests to show their appreciation.” We’re not sure how we feel about this — is it crass, awesome, or so crass it’s awesome?
