Stephen Starr sure is doing a lot of squatting these days… on property. Michael Klein is reporting that Starr has signed a lease for the Midtown IV diner at 20th and Chestnut and has no specific plans for a concept. Starr is still sitting on the former Washington Square, the former Angelina, the former Tangerine and the long-deceased Broad Street Diner, that we know of, but apparently he needs more empty spaces.
