The chef-driven burger boom continues with the impending DMK burger bar (2954 N. Sheffield) from David Morton and chef Michael Kornick (MK) slated for early November. We just got a hold of the new menu and while the grass fed burger topped with NY Pastrami, Grand Cru Gruyere Cheese, Sauerkraut, and Leroy’s Remoulade is exciting, the Elaine Benes streak in us notes that they’ll also have “a big salad”.
