Some of the food that fell out of that Safeway truck that overturned on the Bay Bridge the other day may wind up back on store shelves. “We do have cooperative arrangements with food banks. But as long as something’s not damaged, we restock it,” a Safeway spokesman told SF Weekly’s The Snitch. Dang, so what does something have to have done to it to wind up at Grocery Outlet?
