Ranveer Dar is the new corporate chef of One World Cuisine restaurant group, reports Dishing. One World owns eight of the city’s Indian restaurants, including Mantra, Mela, Bukhara, and Cafe Of India. Dar, who departed Banq when it relaunched as Ginger Park, will oversee recipe development for One World’s restaurants. Rumors have been spreading that One World will be adding another restaurant to their portfolio soon, so he’ll have his hands full.
