Don’t expect the Ken Oringer/Jamie Bissonnette collaborations to end with Coppa. “We’re looking whenever property becomes available in Boston. We’re always looking to see if we can do another project” says Jamie Bissonnette in a recent interview with StarChefs. As for the long-awaited Coppa, originally slated to open on September 15, Bissonnette says that the kitchen got finished last week and the training schedule is finally locked down.
