It’s not just enough to know that Arthur Kade, the possibly-real-possibly-an-art-project scourge of Philadelphia nightlife, has been banned for life from The Franklin, as bartender Colin Shearn revealed in the debut edition of the Bartenders Bible. It’s also apparently important to know why!
Philebrity, the de facto expert on all things Kade, offers some insight. Colin remains mum on the real reason. We would ask Kade ourselves, but we’re so far off of his official lady-rating scale that we’re pretty sure he wouldn’t be able to actually hear or see us if we spoke to him. Sort of like a dog whistle, but in reverse.
Instead, we’ll just make ourselves useful by finding a reason to ban him from this blog.
