An apparent ownership change at Bacchus Wine and Sake bar may mean changes are afoot for the tiny Hyde Street spot. Polk Sheet won’t name a source, but reports the changeover “on good authority.” So far there’s no ABC record of a license change, and folks often apply for those before they complete a sale.
