Former Jack Falstaff chef Jonnatan Leiva is moving to New York to take a chef position at 10 Downing. When Falstaff shuttered back in May, Plumpjack Group owner Hilary Newsom told Grub Street that he’d been offered a position as executive chef somewhere else in the company. That doesn’t seem to have been enough for him though, nor was any other opening in San Francisco. Eater reports he’s due to start at 10 Downing as early as this week.
