DeLise Dessert Cafe, the new project from former Bong Su pastry chefs Dennis and Eloise Leung, is open today and serving desserts with little healthy touches like organic milk and whole wheat flour. They’re doing Four-Barrel coffee and muffins in the morning, and there’s all manner of desserts and ice creams for the rest of the day. According to Tablehopper, they’re also doing crazy ice cream flavors like deconstructed pesto and toasted rice.
Meanwhile, over in the Marina, Art/s has soft-opened in the old Hime space, and is currently taking reservations. According to Eater, the “global tapas” concept is having a big official opening party this weekend, so that may be something to put on your calendar.
