Milking the hubbub over his Times op-ed for all it’s worth, Christopher Kimball has challenged any member of the Recipes Wiki community (including Amanda Hesser of Food52) to a cook-off in which he’ll use a recipe tested in the Cook’s Illustrated kitchen. Meanwhile, Pete Wells tweets, “Curious: Has anybody yet cooked the first broccoli casserole on a Google search? Is Kimball right— were you disappointed?”
