What to Eat at Cosentino’s Magnolia Cameo

Local offal specialist and television star Chris Cosentino (who you may remember is also a partner and chef at Incanto) will make a guest appearance in the Magnolia kitchen next week, collaborating on a four-course prix-fixe dinner with Magnolia chef Ronnie New. The meal follows a June special at Incanto, where Magnolia beers accompanied Cosentino’s Italian cooking. This time, Cosentino and New will do a pub menu (check that out below), with a fervent nod toward Fergus Henderson and St. JOHN. It’s $55, including beer pairings, and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis on Sept. 21.
