The Renaissance Hotel’s under-construction lobby bar is set to reopen as Bar Novo in October, with various delights on offer. The menu’s theme is fancy-ingredient iterations of standard bar food — think smoked prime rib nachos and mini Cuban sandwiches. But for us the true star of the menu is one that we just really like saying out loud: truffalo wings, chicken wings made with a honey-and-truffle glaze.
