
Culver City’s sustainable produce specialist Akasha is holding a vineyard-to-table dinner with Mantra Wines, a very small, family-run winery in Sonoma’s Alexander Valley. This Thursday, September 3rd, Chef Akasha Richmond will speak, alongside one of Mantra’s owners, about how the dishes and wine work together, with plenty of room for questions. The dinner is $65 (20% is then added for tax and tip) and includes four courses of carefully considered cuisine, paired with Mantra’s wines.
