A call to Travertine confirms that Manuel Trevino’s project at 19 Kenmare opens tonight at 6 p.m. And, yes, there’s a full bar. The final dinner menu, which you can see here, has been slightly tweaked from the one we shared with you earlier. Among other things, the cod entrée has been replaced by a Berkshire pork chop. The dessert menu remains the same.
