According to Down by the Hipster, the Standard’s imminently opening club (or a part of it, at least — we’re told it has multiple areas spanning two floors) will be known as the Boom Boom Room (how appropriate!), and it will have glass floors looking eighteen stories down. Where vertigo is concerned, this’ll definitely beat the glass railings of the Cooper Square Hotel’s penthouse terrace. [Down by the Hipster]
