Stephen Starr just rounded up his beefiest chefs for an “All-Starr Steak-Out” dinner on Wednesday, September 23 at the James Beard House in New York. Chefs Rob Dacko of Butcher and Singer, James LoCascio of Barclay Prime and Jason Smith of Steak 954 at the Starr-managed W Fort Lauderdale will collaborate on a surf-n-turf dinner.
