After tonight’s special dinner with Melissa Perello, Sebo will shut its doors for a week to do some repairs and get used to a staffing change: Fukashi Adachi will be leaving the team, though we haven’t yet gotten word who his replacement will be. They’re planning to reopen for dinner Oct. 6, and in the meantime you can peruse the twitter stream for updates and the occasional picture of fish.
