Restaurant Week Counter-Programming: Saute

It’s Restaurant Week, Part Deux and we’re continuing with our Restaurant Week counter-programming, where we provide you with prix-fixe dining options that may be outside the official confines of Restaurant Week, but are worthy nonetheless. Monday’s pick is Queen Village BYOB Saute which offers an intriguing four-course prix-fixe menu for $35 every Sunday through Wednesday. We’d love to tell you what was on this menu, but owner Hector Torres explains that it doesn’t exist until the guests order it. Chef Nicholas J. Cassidy creates an entirely new, off-the-cuff four-course meal for each guest willing to take the plunge, just let the server know you’re interested and if you have any food allergies.

Saute, 775 S. Front St.; (215) 271-9300
