The Center City District and Reading Terminal Market have teamed up with local chefs to put on cooking demos every day this week to promote Restaurant Week, which begins on Sunday. The demos will take place from noon to 1 p.m. at Reading Terminal Market today through Friday. John Strain of Valanni goes today; Al Paris of Public House at Logan Square tomorrow, Sept. 9; Gregory Aversa of Smokin’ Betty’s on Thursday, Sept. 10; and Anne Coll of Meritage on Friday, Sept. 11.
