Are you a taxi driver or do you know one? Morton’s The Steakhouse is giving away a free boxed lunch to any cabbie who swings by their 1411 Walnut Street location today between 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. Waiters will be outside to deliver the goods - a filet sandwich, a Tastykake, an apple and a soda - directly to the taxi. This is, of course, to pimp their “Morton’s To-Go” service; hopefully, the Parking Authority won’t be handing out any tickets for idling or else this free lunch will really cost them.
