We can get behind a quick dose of decadence every once and a while, especially when chocolate is involved. Morton’s The Steakhouse Burbank will open its doors at 6:30 p.m. next Friday, October 2nd for what they call “An Evening of Decadence.” It is actually about an hour and a half of decadence where a paired chocolate and champagne tasting will take center stage. Three samples of bubbly will be matched to four different Vosges chocolate truffles, and Morton’s will bring a little to the table themselves, with smoked salmon wedges, broiled scallops, and mini filet mignon sandwiches.
