BLD and Grace’s chef/owner Neal Fraser is blowing our minds again, this week with an interactive online cooking session with his fans. We learned about Fraser’s forthcoming restaurant with an edible facade last Friday, which Sander Architects tells us is in the development stage. This week, Fraser is encouraging people to Twitter him ingredient suggestions for a dish he will cook live online and then bring to Grace’s menu during dineLA Restaurant Week in October. Send your zaniest ideas Fraser’s way via the Twitter hashtag “#dinelaneal,” and tune into his site tomorrow at 2 p.m. to see which gets picked. Fraser will then cook the dish on the same site this Thursday at 2 p.m. while answering questions via live chat and Twitter.
