The limited menu on offer stays true to chef Dan Smith’s upscaled-kitsch schtick, including deep-fried mac and cheese, a serious take on pork & beans, and an impressively straight-faced attempt to revive Chicken a la King to culinary legitimacy. Wine-poached chicken, mushrooms, garden peas, sherry cream over grilled dill-onion bread
Pork belly and beans
Braised pork belly, pork cheeks and smoked pork hock with great Northern beans in a savory-sweet sauce
Campfire fish
Wrapped in foil with market vegetables and herb butter; grilled over hot coals in the traditional campfire tradition
