Baconfest Chicago, the all-bacon-all-the-time extravaganza originally scheduled for October 25, has been delayed to April 10, 2010, so the organizers can “marshall an even broader support base in order to make Baconfest Chicago all we know it can be.” The VIP cookoff at The Publican is still going on October 24 as scheduled, though.
