What to Eat on Marco Suarez’s New Menu at Bon Savor

Former Eastern Standard chef Marco Suarez has brought a whole new menu with him to Bon Savor. The menu combines French and South American flavors and techniques: think crepes filled with mushrooms, bacon, and corn and served with a chayote salad. There are prix fixes available for vegetarians and carnivores alike, as well as one of the cheapest tasting menus in town: $36 for five courses. Check it all out below.
