The high-profile projects just keep rolling into downtown Napa’s Riverfront development. The North Bay Business Journal reported yesterday that, in addition to his already-announced kitchenware shop, Tyler Florence is planning a “casual, rotisserie-centered eatery” there. Last month, it came out that Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto will open a restaurant there, which makes us wonder if the Food Network is underwriting the $72-million development. No, we kid. In addition to Florence, the Journal noted that Lark Creek Restaurant Group owner Michael Dellar has signed a lease for a seafood restaurant in the development. Meanwhile, in other Tyler Florence news, Eater has word that the Mill Valley-based star is planning another kitchenware shop for SFO. This is quite the little empire we’ve seen spring up for Florence in the last few months, what with his restaurant planned in San Francisco as well. Very interesting.
