Strip Club Taps ‘Hottest Female Chef’ for New Restaurant

Remember that casting call from HeadQuarters, the gents’ club seeking the city’s “Hottest Female Chef & Restaurant Staff” for a new restaurant, Bianca’s Double Ds? Well, it seems they’ve found their titillating toque. The restaurant, which opens next Tuesday, is now called simply Bianca’s (it’s named after the owner Serafina Bianca Fiore, who may indeed have Double Ds), and the chef will be Briana Swanson, who has worked at Surf Lodge under Sam Talbot and has also been a private chef for Paul Haggis, George Soros, Joshua Bell, and Patrick McMullan.
