Soon, You’ll Be Able to Eat Lunch at Supper

Mitch Prensky, chef-owner of South Street’s Supper tells Grub Street that he’s planning to open for lunch at the end of September. Lunch at Supper will be served Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday; Sundays will remain brunch service. Expect the menu, which Prensky and crew are currently working on to include a homemade hot dog, what Prensky describes as a “bangin’” lobster roll served on house-baked bun, as well as Supper’s signature burger (made with ground brisket!) and served with bacon, gruyere and duck fat fingerlings. If you want to hit Supper for, well, supper, this Sunday, August 16 is their monthly $38 prix fixe dinner. For an extra $20, you can shop at the Sunday Headhouse Market with the chef during the day to see what goes in to building the meal; proceeds benefit the Food Trust.
