What to Eat at Seasons 52, Coming to Schaumburg Next Spring

Seasons 52, an upscale restaurant from Darden Restaurants (Olive Garden, Red Lobster, The Capital Grille) has announced that they’re opening their first Chicago-area location in Schaumburg. In a recent Fast Company profile of Darden, COO Andrew Madsen described Seasons 52’s offerings as “stealth health” — every single thing on the menu clocks in under 475 calories (think tabbouleh and scallops, steak-onion-blue cheese flatbread, or roast pork with polenta), desserts come in shot glasses, and the wine list is quirky and extensive. The Schaumburg location is scheduled for a Spring 2010 opening — read on for a glimpse at a sample summer menu.
