The Chicago Brunch Blog reports that Pannenkoeken Cafe is taking over the old Su-Ra Korean Restaurant space at 2257 W. North Avenue in Wicker Park. Looks like it won’t be too long before neighborhood residents can get Dutch-style pancakes; the restaurant is scheduled to open around the end of August. [Chicago Brunch Blog]
