Mark Kasper In at Kit Kat

Mark Kasper has taken over at Kit Kat Lounge & Supper Club, according to an email from the restaurant. Kasper is a vetran of Sixteen and Aria. His new menu for Kit Kat includes new American dishes with international influences, like the Frank Sinatra (all menu items are named after celebrities), vegetables marinated in red wine with a hummus glaze, paired with falafel and tabbouleh.
