If you didn’t score an invite to tonight’s gala for Limon’s long-delayed reopening, don’t sweat it. You won’t have to wait long until the doors are finally back open and you can charge in and get some cebiche, chicken, and seafood on your own terms. The place opens back up to the public tomorrow after a May 2008 fire put it out of commission for a lot longer than anyone expected. Fans have been surviving on chicken from the nearby Limon Rotisserie, but it will be good to have the original back in action.
