Chef Ludo Lefebvre loves to Twitter, just like we love following his surf reports and frequent menu updates. Today, he’s given us a clue to his next move now that BreadBar will soon be done with his in-house LudoBites pop-up. “Off to a meeting with my consultant to do an offer for a lease on a permanent space. Fingers crossed - if not “pop-up” here we come.” Could Ludo be back in a permanent kitchen soon, and finally have his own place? We can’t wait to tell you more as it develops.
