Gus & Gabriel Launches Lunch, Delivery (and Gives You Tongue)

Michael Psilakis has added still more items to the sprawling menu at Gus & Gabriel, including an offal-geared section of “other stuff” that includes bone marrow, calf’s tongue, and sweetbreads (you know, if Cheddar tots are just too pedestrian for you). The current menu is below — the really exciting news is that starting today, it will be available during lunch (Tuesday through Sunday from noon till 3 p.m.) and for lunch and dinner delivery (from West 89th Street to West 69th Street, between Central Park and the Hudson River).
