Toscanini’s Ice Cream and Christina’s Homemade Ice Cream make their obligatory appearance on Gourmet’s new list of eight great ice cream parlors in Boston, but unlike, say, the Globe’s list last month, there are some surprises as well, most notably Gigi Gelateria, which there’s very little buzz about.
