Get Your Julia Child On With These Special Menus

As the world slows to a halt in anticipation of Friday’s opening of Julie & Julia, more Chicago restaurants are jumping on the Julia Child-inspired menu train (these are in addition to the Julia Child specials at Boka and Perennial that we reported on last week). The Stew rounds up some highlights: at Bistro 110, it’s a special Child prix fixe including mega-fronsh preps like pissaladiere nicoise and grilled veal liver with sauce Robert. They’re screening episodes of The French Chef each night at Brasserie Jo, where some dishes straight from Child’s cookbooks will appear on the menu. And Landmark, a restaurant that loves its pork chops, will convert them into Child’s roti de pork grand’mere. Bon appetit! [The Stew]
