In 2007, Rob Patronite and Robin Raisfeld set out to find the twenty best food carts in the city. In the two years since “Cartography” was published, the number of trucks — and the variety of foods they serve — has only multiplied. We’ve combed the streets again to map the vendors we think are worth visiting. If you have a favorite we’ve omitted, e-mail us.

Plus: Want to open your own truck? We’ll get you started.
