Eva Longoria Parker’s and Todd English’s Hollywood restaurant Beso is set to expand, further defying stereotypes of celebrity restaurants that fade faster than the pedicure on a desperate housewife. Parker is working on a Las Vegas outpost of the Latin-laced steakhouse and is also considering small versions called “Besitos” for airports. [SAWF News]
