Northern Liberties’ Cantina Dos Segundos celebrates its first anniversary tonight with margarita specials and the musical stylings of DJs Rocktits and Broadzilla. The party runs from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m.

Head to the Central branch of the Free Library tonight to hear The Great Philly Cheesesteak Book author Carolyn Wyman discuss all things Whiz from her “definitive examination of the cheesesteak.” There will be a slide presentation and a book signing.
