Not content with merely launching a takeout burger stand in a tiny Philadelphia park, Stephen Starr is expanding his tentacles even further into the wilds of Dirty Jerz. Michael Klein at the Inky reports that Tommy Up’s sworn enemy has taken over management of the unfortunately-named Rat’s Restaurant on the Grounds for Sculpture in Hamilton, N.J. and named the talented Kevin Sbraga (formerly of the Garces Group) as chef. Now if we know Stephen, his next move will be to lose the name - or come up with a way to make Rat’s sound sexy and inviting. Or at least as sexy and inviting as it’s possible to be in New Jersey.
