It goes deeper than we thought — Tiffany MacIsaac (who was pastry chef at Cru before helping to open Allen & Delancey in 2007) is also parting ways with A&D;, along with Kyle Bailey. Owners Mary Feldman and Dick Friedberg have given us the official statement: “Allen & Delancey is in the process of identifying a new executive chef and pastry chef. We’re excited to bring a fresh culinary talent to the Lower East Side to continue to serve exceptional food in a seductive setting, and are actively interviewing new candidates.” Hmmm. Paging Gavin Mills?
