Chef Masaharu Morimoto, of the iconic Chestnut Street sushi house, is opening a new restaurant in downtown Napa. Grub Street San Francisco spoke to the Iron Chef about the concept, which is still in the brainstorming phase and - unlike his New York and Philly ventures - does not involve Stephen Starr. With restaurants in New York, Mumbai, Boca Raton and Tokyo, it makes us wonder if we’ll be seeing much of Morimoto round these parts anymore?
