Stratis Morfogen gave us an earful when Mr. Chow first filed a lawsuit accusing his restaurant Philippe of trademark infringement, but he kept it succinct regarding today’s amendment to the suit, accusing a Philippe operative of spying. The official statement: “This is beyond bizarre and at this point we have no further comment describing Michael Chow’s delusional and paranoid state of mind. Our response will be filed today with the courts answering all these allegations.”
