L.A. Times Trucks Through Town

Elina Shatkin of The L.A. Times shouted out the entire roll call of wheeling and dealing food vendors on our city’s roads today, while questioning the explosion of this fad, er, trend and how long it can last.

Detailing the shifting demographics now centered around food trucks, the article differentiates between those that come to the food and the ones who are willing to chase it around like the hunters we’ve supposedly evolved from.

We’re mostly excited that Tacos Arizas, one of our favorites, was mentioned, and seems to be losing no business to Border Grill or Don Chow. As long as it stays in one place, we’ll be back there before paying with “45 minutes” of our lives for the latest mole-roller.
